- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called today to just ask a question on whether or not I had to pick up a package and sign for it or if it was being delivered to my home after getting notified that it was delivered to this office. This was due to a notification I received from the tracking site. Not only was the woman rude, but she didn't even answer the question I originally asked. She even just hung up on me without a warning or anything. The only points they actually get is .5 for actually answering the phone, since that's not an option 1 star will have to be enough.By Gina Marie, October 21, 2016
